Apple Card Goldman Sachs Missed Payment on my credit score

I opened an apple credit card to finance a macbook pro my senior year of college because my house was broken into and my Dell laptop was stolen. I ultimatley ended up losing my serving job becuase of the pandemic and I fell behind on some payments. They reported a missed payment to my credit score and it tanked from a 680 to a 590. I am up to date on all payemnts now - as I've graduated and got a good paying job.

My question is - How do i get Goldman Sachs to remove the blemish from my credit score? I have had no luck researching online for this card specifically.

you would have to call them at 1.877.255.5923. usually "time" is the only thing that can remove this. You need to contact Transunion as well probably.

Thanks, I've tried disputing it through transunion and through apple card support. I've also sent a letter of goodwill. Hopefully somethiong comes of it because 7 years is a long time.

Thats life though. we pay for our mistakes intentional or not. keep working hard and putting in the effort and it will pay off.
