Safari continues to autofill my old address. It has both old and new addresses, but the first (default) address is the old one. My contact card only has the new address. I have deleted caches. I have deleted autofill files from the Library Safari folder. I tried creating a new "me" card in contacts. Where is Safari storing that old address so I can delete it?

Another one along the same lines: Autofill is not working correctly, adds an extra piece to my email address and I'm beyond frustrated - Apple Community.
Both of them discuss email addresses. It's not clear to me whether your incorrect Autofill entries are email addresses or mailing addresses, but your eventual solution may be similar.
Please me know if any of this helps. I may have a couple other suggestions but I'm rapidly running out of them.
I have checked all of those sources, and none of them have my old address. So where is Safari finding my old address? I have cleared Safari caches ... where else can my old address be stored?
