Autofill in Safari keeps using my old address, despite updating information in my contacts under safari preferences. I cannot find anywhere that holds my old address on the system

Have you tried Apple Menu > System Settings > your name at top > Payment and Shipping > Shipping Address?
I'm not sure if this address is used with Auto-Fill, but it seems like you have tried the most common solution. Also wonder if Safari is holding a cache of your old address and you would need to delete caches or a preference file in your System Library.
