Remote AppleTV from vacation home hijacking hub functionality at main residence

How to I keep the apple tv at my lakehouse from being the "connected" hub at my main residence? It has hijacked the functionality at my primary home and all homekit devices show "no response.

-just updated to ios 16, tvos 16, latest lutron pro hub firmware, latest amplifi alien firmware (w/ aplifi homekit functionality turned on). Power cycled everything until I turned blue, no luck. Home app still shows the (attached) pic. "Sheridan Den" is my primary home. Also ALL Apple TVs are latest 4K.

If you set up a HomeKit hub at a different (secondary) residence/location/home network with the same account, then set that up as a defined new home in the Home app. Then each home should have its own primary (connected) hub.
