Cannot have a full keyboard when writing a review on AppStore

I have 13 pro max

just updated to iOS 16.0

multiple apps are not yet compatible.

when I go to review the app on App Store this is what I see

Cannot write review on App Store iOS 16 Keyboard is not full, and I restarted the phone and it was fixed temporary then after 1 day the bug appeared again

App Store glitch My keyboard in my App Store is only showing half the keyboard, so I can’t type any reviews. It’s really frustrating to lay so much money for my iPhone to do things like this. My phone is just full of glitches like this and it’s getting to the point of an android. At least I won’t be paying 1000 something for the phone to not work.
