Sending text messages to non iPhone users

AT&T carrier. iPhone 12 with software 16. Get not delivered when send to non iPhone users. Text messages to iPhone users goes through fine. Used to work, No changes. Have turned off and on. Doesn’t help.

new iPhone 13 unable to send text messages to Android phones I signed up for a new carrier and got an iPhone 13, replacing my 11. Once the new phone was activated, I could no longer send text messages to android users. My carrier, when looking at the phone, could not find any problems, and they even gave me a new SIM card for the 12. I have read help articles online, such as articles from this apple discussion board, but no advice has solved the issue. What are some other options to remedy this issue? Nothing in the current apple support articles that I have found helps.

Unable to send SMS texts from iPhone I can receive text from anyone but I cannot send to anyone who uses anything other than an iphone or if a business texts me a question I cannot answer them. It just says Not deliverable. I have tried all the help from the internet but still cant send [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Unable to send text messages to non-iPhone users. Pictures still send. Calls still work. I am unable to send text messages via MMS or SMS on any of my Apple devices. iPhone is on Verizon and iPad is under AT&T. Tried resetting both devices. Did network resets on both devices. Still nothing. Called Apple support since it looked like an Apple issue since neither device can send out text messages. They could not figure out and asked me to call carrier. Called Verizon and they still can’t figure it out. The messages do go through when sending in group chat w another iPhone user, they reply back but I still can’t receive messages. Calls and photos still work. I can send/receive messages w other iPhone users just no android devices. Using iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPad Pro M1.
