Since i update the ios16 i cant slide anything :( with the previous one it didnt happen to me, what can i do?

That issue is in one issue iOS 16 Apple is aware of it. My phone does the same thing restoring and restarting. It does not fix it. Apple says we just have to keep updating every time they push an update and wait for it to resolve.

Then you have to erase your device and set it up as new.
