Today I updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 16 and I am unable to download or update any apps without accepting the Terms and Conditions. The problem is, it will not let me accept them, it says "There was an error. Please try again". How do I get passed this?

As the message say try again at a later time.

This issue has gone away in the afternoon of 2022-09-12. Try again.
