Apple support website question

Why does every time I post I get this “Your post could not be saved. Please try again in a few moments.” Waiting a few minutes accomplishes nothing.

This error generally indicates a problem with a saved cookie. Simply refreshing the page will often resolve the issue.


Otherwise, you can manually clear the offending cookie from iPad settings:

Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data


Use the Search field at the top of the window to find Apple.com; from the list, swipe to the left to expose the red Delete button.
