Apples Media Terms and Conditions have changed

Got the iPhone 13, and was trying to download apps, the media terms and conditions shows up and after clicking done, an error message and try again later appears. Won’t let me download any apps on my phone.

Same problem with iPhone 13 Pro on IOS15.7 and IOS 16 and iPad Pro using IOS15.7

iPhone 16 pro will not download apps Just go a 16 pro after being an android user for many years. When I try to get an app from the appstore, I push the get button, double click the side bar, and it goes directly back to the get button. Any ideas on why?
