Combine old id with new id

I had an old sign on for ITunes years ago using my email address. I had a iPod and also listened to my iTunes on my Windows computers. When I got a new IPad Pro I created an AppleID using the iCloud address. How do I combine the two ids into one?

You can't merge Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
