Hello, Can I create a new Apple ID after I have already set up my iPhone and iPad with the same old Apple ID?
And will this affect my purchases made from the App Store such as procreate and iCloud storage?
Will I lose any data from the old Apple ID?

If you create a new ID you may well lose some data from the old account even if you do the transfer as best as you can. You also cannot transfer purchases between IDs.
