Water damage

I was in the pool and the watch stop working.

the pool was not deep. This is the first time I'm in the pool whit the watch. It has no external damage or scratches I bought it on 01.09.2021

I would take it to an apple store and have it checked out for water damage.

Water Damaged Apple Watch SE I have an Apple Watch SE that I have absolutely loved and use all the time. I can never remember abusing and I don’t use it in water much at all. I went to a friends house and used their 4ft deep above ground pool for 10min. I decided there was no reason to take it off with the water rating. But the next day my crown button won’t work at all and I cannot do anything to get it working so far. I have tried a bowl of rice overnight, and a full factory reset as well. No new updates to get. How did this happen? what can I do?

Watch died after being splashed with pool water Apple Watch 6 was splashed with pool water which I then took off and placed in a dry place. 30 minutes later my watch was flashing with the apple logo sign. A few hours later the battery died and now it won’t charge. Aren’t these watches water proof? I’ve had this watch for just over 2 years and isn’t covered. Is it worth buying another one. False advertising apple! Very disappointed
