What if I already have Apple TV , will it automatically be cancelled when I subscribe to Apple One?

Yes, it will be canceled automatically.
Do note however that Apple One starts with a 1 month free trial to services that you haven’t tried yet. Therefore account for a 1 month overlap for Apple TV+ in order to get uninterrupted service.
