No notifications iMessage

Has anyone found a solution for no sound notifications with iMessage? Everything I’ve tried just hasn’t worked this has been affecting my phone since iOS 14 update!

Have you tried turning notifications for iMessage off for 24 hours or so and after that turn them on again? This tends to solve this kind of issues

Using 16.3.1, iPhone no longer gives a sound notification for iMessages I have checked Haptics & Sounds, Messenger settings, focus settings, logged in and out of iCloud, rebooted, hard rebooted, reset settings - nothing brings back the sound notification of a new iMessage when phone is locked. Very frustrating. Any other solutions? I spent way too many hours last night trying to troubleshoot what is more than likely a bug in the latest update as other friends report the same issue.

I am unable to receive messages notifications. There is no sound. I tried all the reset all the settings. Even then I’m not not notified when there is whenever there is a new message. I don’t get a notification sound. Whenever there is a new message on my iPhone. I have to visit the message app each time to view messages. I have checked all the notifications and all are actively done. Please help me out.
