Private browsing banner safari mac

Is there a way to disable the private browsing banner safari mac? Maybe via Terminal? It takes up window space. It would be nice to not have to close the banner with each new page.

It should only appear when you first open a New Private Window. After loading a new page it should disappear.

If it persists I have no explanation.
