eSIM and SIM on Iphone 14 PRO

I am from Israel, and I will be in the US next month. I want to buy the new Iphone 14 but we dont have a carriers that support eSIM, what can I do?

Then please buy anything other than iPhone 14 Models because it only comes with eSIM
