Can’t receive emails from instagram domain

Is there a way to unblock the instagram domain from sending emails to my iCloud? For some reason I can’t receive any of my password reset emails from instagram at all whatsoever

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

Can iCloud mail receive emails from Instagram?
