i can’t unlock my ipad and only have my iphone to do it, so how do i do this

There is no option to unlock an iPad with an iPhone, but you may be able to do the following: How to remove your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch passcode without a computer - Apple Support

If you don't have a computer and you can't borrow one, you need to go to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.
