What if I’m gonna buy the new I phone 14 from the states, is it gonna work in egypt or not? Because of the (e sim)

No, it will not at this time as there is no carrier in Egypt that supports eSIMs. Buy your iPhone 14 in Egypt or wait for someone in Egypt to offer eSIM service and don't buy a new iPhone.
