AppleTV 4K - “no network detected”

Saw there was a thread about this from earlier this year but didn't actually see how to fix this. It's plugged into my network and wifi on good Ruckus AP's, yet the apple tv will send these notifications randomly and sometimes even pausing what we're watching.

Any idea what else to do? This is a pretty new Apple TV and my old one didnt have this issue.

Hi there Azwraith1,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We suggest resetting the Apple TV unit to help resolve this trouble you're having:

"Reset your Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD

  1. Go to Settings > System > Reset.
  2. Choose a reset option:
    • Reset: This option is the fastest way to return your Apple TV to factory settings. This option doesn't require an Internet connection.
    • Reset and Update: This option returns your Apple TV to its factory settings and installs software updates. This option requires an Internet connection.

3.Keep your Apple TV plugged into power until the Reset process finishes."

Other troubleshooting step are found in the Apple Support article: Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support

Let us know if you have any questions.

Best regards!
