Cannot get rid of Robokiller from IPhone

I deleted the Robokiller app, but there is no way to delete/remove it in Settings. It’s still showing a renewal date

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15

Robokiller is a special case, as it intercepts your phone calls before they get to your phone. Here is how to remove it→Disable Robokiller-Robokiller Support
