Screenshots and screen recording

I have 13 pro max…and my screenshots and screen recording has stopped working since a week…

I am unable to take screenshots and when I tap the screen recording option..it says-Not available when airplay,CarPlay,restrictions or screen mirroring is active

Can you please help!

I don’t use screen mirroring at all.. it’s always turned off!

And why isn’t my screenshots working???

Is it because I installed comp portal??

You can't record your screen and use screen mirroring at the same time. Please see the pic below.

I am screen Mirroring my iPhone 12 Pro to my Mac Book Air.
