Apple Watch (GPS + Cellular) without activate cellular service

My wife gave me an Apple Watch Series 7 (GPS + Cellular). I have iPhone 13. Could I use the Apple Watch without activate Cellular service for it with my iPhone ? (Of course, my iPhone with cellular service)

Yes that's perfectly fine,the watch will function as if it is the GPS only function,you can add a cellular plan at a later date or not it's up to you.
