Media playlists on Apple Tv device

Is there no way to create a media playlist on your Apple TV device? I do not have a Mac and would really like to set up a playlist of movies on my Apple TV. If this is not possible, this is my formal request to add this as a feature.

Playlists Created on Mac Don't Appear on TV App My AppleTV device is very old, so I watch AppleTV/+ through my Roku device. I noticed that the playlists that I created on my Mac don't show up on the app. Is there a setting I should be changing?

Movie playlists on Apple TV Since the TV App on my Mac supports "movie playlists" I went ahead and bought some movies on Apple TV for my sister. She has been physically disabled from birth and can't control the Apple TV with her hands or voice but likes to fall asleep to movies. Sadly these playlists are nowhere to be found in the TV App on the Apple TV. Is there any way to "autoplay" purchased movies in a playlist style manor on Apple TV similar to the TV App on the Mac? Thanks in advance

You could set up a media playlist in iTunes for Windows, and share that to Apple TV through Home Sharing.
