Icici cashback not received

I purchased Iphone 13 on 24th feb 2022. The cashback to be received on purchase of iphone13 was due to be credited by 24th June 2022 but it is 9th September 2022. Icici bank has failed to provide us any assistance regarding this matter. The repeated calls fall on deaf ears of the staff at the bank facility. Pathetic and irresponsible service providers. Please help
