Incoming Calling issue
Is there any one out here facing a problem of incoming calls where the person calling you has to call you twice or more than that ?even though everything is fine and up to date with your iPhone

Sounds like you have a focus setting enabled that limits who can call you. There is an option to allow repeated calls, which is why they get through if they call you again within a few minutes.
Check your focus settings.
