Glad to help. The JP online transaction problem with non-JP VISA cards also affects Google Pay and Universal Studio Japan advance tickets. Probably more out there, hope the VISA payment network side fixes it soon.

Non-JP issue VISA cards are currently not working for adding money to Apple Pay Suica and PASMO, use Mastercard or AMEX.
