Timemachine will not backup

Hi guys

I did a clean install of Big Sur and that is when the problem started. I have now upgraded to Monterey, and the problem is still there, and I would like to have it fixed if possible. I have searched for a solution, but am not sure what exactly I should do in my case.

When I try to do a TM backup, I get this error:

When I open my diskutility, it looks like this:

Since it is a very sensitive operation, I want to be 100% sure what I should do.

Thanks.

There is a Duplicate Macintosh HD-Data Volume on the Internal Drive

One of the Two is a left over from a Previous Installation

In your Disk Utilities >> View >> View ALL Devices and click on each Macintosh HD-Data and present an image of each.
