Manually add missed workout to Apple Watch

In the past I could add a workout manually if I forgot to record it live. I have searched everything and what has worked in the past is no longer an option. I have watched several videos and my phone doesn't even give me those options. Has there been an update, and if so, how do you correct this?

In the Health App tap on the browse tab at the

bottom then tap activity and scroll down to workouts

then tap on workouts and in the the top right hand

corner of the screen it says add data, tap on that and

you can enter a new workout and when you're finished tap on add

at the top right of the screen. Then restart your phone.

Be aware though that this only effects your 3 rings on the day in question.
