Remove game from backups

Hello!

I have a game (Genshin Impact) on my iPhone that takes up a lot of space when backing up to the computer or iCloud. I'd like to remove it from the list of things that are backed up but I can't find that option for the life of me. Here is where I have poked around on my phone:

Settings>General>iPhone Storage>Genshin Impact - this shows the size and two options: offload or delete, neither of which I want

Settings>Genshin Impact - no option related to backups

Settings>Apple ID>iCloud - nothing related to the game listed

Settings>Apple ID>iCloud>Manage Storage - nothing related to the game listed

For now I have turned off iCloud backups for my phone, but I would still like to remove this game data from my computer backups. Any ideas?
