please help me. When i say to my homepod to play something he will say after few seconds there was a problem with apple music.
I have it conected to my apple tv as main speaker… i dont understand why its working when apple tv with tv is turn on…

Are the HomePods connected to the 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi-Fi and is your iOS device connected to the same 2.4 or 5GHz band?
Can you stream music from your iOS device to your HomePods?
Did you already restart all devices and your Wi-Fi and try again after that?

That connection works both ways. If you set the HomePod up as a default speaker then it expects Apple TV to be active when it is active. I use AirPlay selectively instead.
