Can I use titanium Apple Card to get cash in the UK?

You can use it to make purchases in the UK but can't use it to get cash even in the US. It is a credit card and doesn't support cash advances. See the following from https://www.goldmansachs.com/terms-and-conditions/Apple-Card-Customer-Agreement.pdf
