HELP!!! My Apple Watch was working just fine, I put it on the charger for the night, woke up and it wasn’t charged will not turn on will not do anything , when I put it on the charger it flashes the apple logo (just when it’s on the charger)

For this concern check out If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on. As the screen you've described is not listed there, if the 7 steps under "Get help" don't address the concern you may also try to force the Apple Watch to restart:

Force Apple Watch to restart

If you can’t turn off your Apple Watch or if the problem continues, you may need to force your Apple Watch to restart. Do this only if you’re unable to restart your Apple Watch.

To force restart, hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If you still cannot power on, use Get Support to contact AppleCare and explore options.
