How can I create another Apple ID so that I can use it.

Create the new AppleID using a different device, such as the one
you used to log in and post here.
Be advised that all content and items downloaded with the old
AppleID are forever tied to that AppleID.
As a matter of curiosity, what are you looking to create a new
AppleID and not continue using the old one?
