How do I play purchased itunes music on a PC

Why can't I play music I purchased from iTunes on my PC

I recently purchased the Stranger Things Season 4 soundtrack on my iPhone and I'm trying to play it on my PC, but iTunes keeps asking me to Authorize my computer for every song.

I keep entering in my Apple ID, but the music will not play. Can you help?

Those downloads are bad. Delete and redownload the tracks; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
