ipad is frozen - it shows notifications, time and date but is otherwise unresponsive. I can get it to the screen where it says to slide to turn off but it won't slide. I can get it to where it's asking for passcode but it doesn't respond to trying to input. It seems that it is not responding to touch. How can that be addressed?
