Full memory on Apple watch

On my Apple watch I keep getting the message

"Storage Full Try removing music or photos using the Apple Watch app on iPhone."

and I don't have a clue as to why my storage got used up or how to clear it out.

Can anyone walk me through the process to clear out the storage and to find the ulprit that is causing the storage to get used up?

First, try to free up storage on your Apple Watch by removing any music or photos that you've synced to your watch and any apps that you don't need.If that didn't work then;

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up storage space on your watch.And without any loss of data.
