I have been using a free trial and because it was so good I've just signed up for a student subscription.
Now my library won't sync/load, get error code 300. And I can't download any music, presumably because the library isn't working?
I've uninstalled and reinstalled app, phone on and off. Log on using laptop, still no joy.
My next set is to cancel subscription and use Spotify instead!

If the Apple Music application is not working, you can try clearing the app cache to see if that helps. Go into the Settings menu on your device, select Apps then find and select Apple Music. Select Storage, then select Clear Cache. After that completes, test out the application again.
You can also try signing out of your account and back in. In the Apple Music application select the options menu (3 red dots) and go to Account Settings, then at the bottom of the page select Sign Out. Once it has finished signing out of the account go ahead and sign back into it then test out the application again.
If it still doesn't work, you'd want to contact Apple to report that issue: Get Support

Thanks. I tried everything you suggested and everything I could think of. Resorted to contacting Support and got a refund on subscription as they couldn't fix it either!
