Trying to backup my 8S to my PC but the Summary does not show up under my iphone. How do I find that and initiate my backup?
Well, there never was an iPhone 8S, but I’ll assume you mean an iPhone 8. Do you see the iPhone icon in the iTunes status bar near the top of the screen? What happens when you click on it and wait for iTunes to scan your phone?
Have you verified that you have the latest version of iTunes?
