I currently have an iPhone 13 mini. Fully updated to iOS 15.6.1. I want to delete the so not disturb focus. I have tried to remove 2 automations, but they they never delete. I’ve tried almost everything, and I don’t have a MacBook.
I’ve also done what Apple support suggested, but the focus automation never deletes or turns off.
Any suggestions?

Ok. Thank you. Understanding that, I cannot delete the automation schedules. I’ve repeated flipped the automation switches to off, or even deleted the schedules. They remain and nothing has changed. Any recommendations?

Where are you seeing automation schedules? If DND is off and Scheduled is off then none of the other settings do anything.
Then there is some other setting. If you have no other Focus options and only DND and it is off, as is Turn On Automatically, then there is some other function. Does your DND look like this?
What is your Sleep setting in the alarm clock?
You cannot delete Do not Disturb from Focus. If all you have left is DND that essentially puts the phone back to the way it was pre-iOS 15. You can disable it however; just turn off the switch at the top and the Scheduled switch.
I am seeing the automations when I click on the do not disturb focus. I have repeatedly tried to remove them, turn them off, remove the schedules. They never go away. I even turned off the do not disturb focus, but when It hits the automation time, it automatically engages. Which’s is baffling and annoying. I have to go in and turn it off manually.
My alarm is disabled. My DND looks like your screen shot, except there are 2 automations that are on. I have gone in and deleted the schedule automations, turned them off multiple times, but they never turn off nor go away.
Also, if you tap on the setting under Turn On Automatically you should see this:
It should be Off, but you can also delete it entirely.
