Two Factor authentication cannot be turned off. See more details in Two-factor authentication for Apple ID


To remove a trusted device from your account:

On your iPhone go to Settings > [Your Name]

Scroll down the the list of devices signed into your account

Touch on the device you wish to remove from your account

The next screen lists some detail about the device and at the foot of the screen you will see 'Remove from your account'.


You can also sign into your Apple ID account on the web at https://appleid.apple.com and click on Devices to get the same options.
