My iPad is an older model operating on 10.3. Am I able to upgrade my software?

Am I able to upgrade from iOS 10.3 to iOS 14.5?

No.


If you're referring to an iPad 4, it's not capable of 11 or above.

If you're referring to an second or third generation iPad mini, or a first generation iPad Air, it's not capable of 13 or above.

If you're referring to any newer model, it can only be updated directly to 15.6.1; to do this, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
