Apple store account Disabled

Hi Community,


I can't download any apps from the App Store. It says" Your account has been disabled in the App Store and Itunes". I recently cancel the credit card I was using for my apple purchases, so I think this could be the problem. But on the Add Payment option, it is not taking the info from my new account .


What can I do?
