Offline Siri problem
My siri is not working offline.My phone is on latest version ios 15.6.1

There are many commands which Siri fetches from the net, which still require you to be online. Please see the pic below
However, the Commands like Hey Siri, open the App Store, or the open Message App will still work when you are offline.
