I’ve recently had my phone stolen and I’ve forgot my Apple ID anyone know how I can find out what it is?

I’m not signed in to any other device to find out that way, is there any other way I can find out what my Apple ID is? I’ve created Apple ID’s for my kids devices and tried an ID that I think is my one but the number connected to it is an old one so I can’t receive a code to reset password for it to find out if it’s the right one - can anyone help please?
