My Notification Center is not visible

When I swipe down from I screen for the Notification Center it isn’t visible. I’d have to swipe from up the middle from of the screen or somewhere at that point to show Notification Center and it could get annoying sometimes. I’m currently using iOS 16 never had this problem with iOS 15

How to remove transparent/blank notifications in iOS 16.2 lock screen and notification center? Hello Apple community, I have recently updated my iPhone to iOS 16.2, and I have noticed that my notifications appear transparent/blank in both the lock screen and the notification center. I find this quite inconvenient as it makes it difficult to read my notifications. I've tried changing the settings, but it doesn't seem to be related to any specific app notifications. And i can't find a way to fix this issue. Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the transparency in notifications in iOS 16.2? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
