how do I recover my backup if my phone is stolen from iCloud?
I lost my phone a week ago. I want to recover my backup on my MacBook through my iCloud. how do I do it without my phone?

Your Mac can't recover an iCloud backup of your phone. The Mac only stores backups that were made using the Mac.
