Apple Watch series 7 does not receive incoming calls

Apple Watch series 7 does not receive incoming calls and I have tried just about everything suggested. Any ideas

Is this a GPS only or Cellular model?

Are the calls still coming to your iPhone?

Check that Do Not Disturb and Airplane mode are both off.

Restart the Watch & iPhone
