payment method

hi

so basically I already bought iCloud+ and now I want to upgrade it using my same card but my payment method keeps on declining

please tell me a solution

I did contact my bank regarding this but they said everything is fine as my other subscription like Netflix, Spotify and old iCloud+ payment is deducting normally
